Yup. You’ve rightly spotted a load of hidden assumptions there and I’ve assumed that my lived experience is the experience everywhere.

We do a fair bit of work to try and answer some of your questions and tweak accordingly. That might well not be the case elsewhere, in which case, having a really ace standardised repairs form is just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. In retrospect that’s an oversimplification.

So, sorry for pushing your buttons, but not sorry for having learned something in the process. I’m glad we violently agree on many things.
