That particular point about HR not recognising different forms of learning & development really seemed to resonate with peope.
Great points from Chris too. That’s a good example of very practical, hands on experience that pull on a whole range of skills (a bit like our actual jobs then!). Do HR do pre-set courses because it’s an easier way to standardise development outcomes? Would be curious to learn more about this. I admittedly know practically nothing about HR.
