Something that became clear from attending a conference & unconference last week is that we lack a vision of what Social Housing services should look like in 2016 and beyond.

Vendors are saying Social Housing has to tell them what they want. Social Housing are saying that Vendors are too far behind the technological curve. I reckon the ‘skunkworks’ could break that deadlock.
